| Isabelle is the last doeling
from Roland. Out of a set of triplets, she was the
largest of the kids. Isabelle looks very much like
her dam, Lucy, only more dairy. We were excited to
see this girl freshen, and she certainly didn't
disappoint us! Isabelle has a very nicely attached
mammary system. She has good teat placement and
diameter, and a beautiful shape to her udder. Her
milk production has kept up well, still going strong
late in her lactation. However, a difficult kidding
took its toll on her back and rump. Despite this,
she is bouncing back and recovering slowly. Being a
bit immature as of yet, we are anxious to see her
with another freshening.
Isabelle has a sale pending. We will miss this
pretty girl and will look forward to watching
Princess and Callista develop. |
