Willow is one of my favorite
kids from 2019. She excels in all areas of the
scorecard, being a big, powerful, but dairy doe,
with the perfect balance between dairy strength and
body capacity. This girl has an impressive amount of
bone on her. Deep in the heart girth and wide from
her muzzle through her hocks and up into her
escutcheon, she pretty much has it all! I am already
looking forward to seeing her fresh.
Willow has continued to be
the star of our 2019 kid crop, going 3X 2nd and 1X
RGCH at the huge 2020 spring Carrollton Classic
show, out of a class of over 20 kids and a Jr. Show
with over 60 kids entered. I am looking forward to
seeing this one fresh!
Willow freshened for the
first time in 2021, and her udder is truly amazing.
High, wide, so much attachment, lovely texture,
LONG, smooth fore udder - there's hardly anything to
fault! The fact that she not only picked up both a
RGCH win and her first milking leg over 25-30 senior
does in a large, competitive senior doe show, but was
also reserve best udder in one ring, best udder of
breed in another, and almost best udder in show all as
a young FF really speaks for itself! Into the fall
show season, she continued to impress, finishing up
her championship as a young 2 year old with both a
BIS and a BUIS. There is no
doubt in my mind that this one is special! |
